Description

Bright greenish tones, slightly pale yellow. Delicate freshness and minerality. A nice combination of blackcurrant, lime, white flowers, asparagus, limestone, marine and saline notes. Saline, mineral, and crunchy acidity. Very fresh and juicy. It perfectly defines the year. A charming wine. Aged for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

THE WINE ADVOCATE (Aug 2021 by Luis Gutiérrez) Robert Parker 92 points - "I found a very subtle and elegant 2020 Terrunyo Sauvignon Blanc, a young and pale varietal from the Casablanca Valley, a white of moderate alcohol and notable acidity that is subtle, a little shy and in need to grow in bottle. It's varietal but more on the floral and citrus side than the herbal profile. 26,400 bottles produced. It was bottled September 2020."
