Description

This wine comes from a single vineyard situated just near those of Puligny-Montrachet. As prices for entry level wines from Puligny and its neighbouring villages of Chassagne and Meursault get ever higher there are some fantastic wines to be had from nearby plots made by top producers labelled 'Bourgogne Blanc'. Only a small proportion of this wine has been aged in oak, the rest in stainless steel, so the fresh lemon and stone fruit aromas are maintained and the creamy oak flavours are more subtle. Balanced with great acidity and a long length. Food suggestions: Will pair well with most shellfish and white fish as well as roast pork or chicken.
