Description

From Heraklion area in central Crete, this is a 100% Vidiano, hand harvested during the last week of August and fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain its freshness and aromatic profile.

Vidiano has a pale yellow colour. Aromas of apricot and citrus with hints of blooming herbs reveal the rich varietal character of vidiano. The mouthfeel is velvety and full of texture with a strong presence of ripe fruit and minerality in the aftertaste.

It pairs well with all sea food as well as Mediterranean dishes with vegetables, like stuffed zuchinni flowers. Serve 10-12C.
