El Vinculo started as a challenge - to produce high-quality wine in La Mancha, an area of central Spain with no reputation for fine wine. It is no surprise that the Fernández Rivera family, creators of Pesquera, succeeded. Located in Campo de Criptana, a town whose windmills were made famous in Don Quixote, the wines are created from old vines rescued by the family. This is the only winery in the group to produce a white wine, an entirely unique oak-aged Airen that will thrill those looking to explore.

Subtle aromas of white flowers, citrus fruit and hints of stone fruit. Balsamic and roasted coffee bean notes. A fresh, smooth entry on the palate with touches of lemon zest and stone fruit together with roasted coffee bean notes brought by its stay in barrel.
