Chateau Dereszla enjoys a rich history in the Tokaji region of Hungary, dating back to the 1450s and passing through many hands before seeing it rise to new heights in 2000 by way of the D’Aulan family from Champagne. Furmint 85%, Hárslevelu 10%, Yellow Muscat 5%. The Estate owns 27 hectares spread across the designated “Grand Cru” area, and the large diversity of soils throughout these vineyard holdings is a crucial factor in the complexity of their wines. The historic cellars were fully renovated in 2003 and equipped with state of the art winemaking technology. The winemaking team has a long-established expertise in vinification, as well as sharing a dedication to perfection and a passion for the beautiful wines that they produce. This wine is fruity, mineral and fresh as is perfect as an aperitif, for shellfish or light white meat dishes.
