O Rosal Terras Gauda is a selective blend of Albariño grapes, together with the indigenous Loureira and Caino Blanco. Its complexity and its minerality are very much reminiscent of a top quality dry Riesling. This is the perfect match to a Galician Mariscada (seafood feast) or any shellfish found on British shores. TASTING: Greenish-yellow, evoking white flowers and green plums on the nose and filling out on the palate with fresh grape and apple compote flavours as well as peach kernel. Edged with superb acidity and a bristling minerality, this reminds one of a really good Riesling.
