Calafuria is crafted from vineyards that stretch along the Adriatic coastline for more than a kilometer It’s name comes from the over 700 bays on the Apulian peninsula. The region has a long tradition of producing rosé wines from Negroamaro a variety that best expresses its full potential near the sea. A delicate rosé, pleasantly fresh, savory and well developed that expresses all the aromas and colors of its native Salento. The Apulian rosé of Tormaresca , the only Italian rosé among the best in the world according to the Wine Spectator, Calafuria is not only be enjoyed with taste and smell, but also with eyes, and with art. Designed by Valeria Petrone, the new international label evokes the Italian Summer and the essence of Apulian territories. Beneath it, the crisp and refreshing Calafuria rosé expresses Tormaresca’s authentic take on innovating its traditions.

THE SENSATIONS: A bright peachy pink color, like a warm sunrise over the sea. Together with fruity notes of grapefruit and pomegranate, with hints of delicate lavender flowers, bathed in Apulian sunshine.
