TURNAU Cabernet 2020 Bottle (los)

Description

This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Cantor with a small addition of Cortis and Dorsa. Medium bodied with a slightly smoky toutch thanks to 18 months of aging in oak barrels. On the palate it has pronounced notes of blackberries and cherries which precedes the spiciness of white pepper. A chocolate note intertwines with an aftertaste of black currant and chokeberry in the palate, which constitutes an introduction to the barrel elements. Turnau Vineyard’s Cabernet combines lively fruitiness, a distinct acidity and balanced fresh tannins with a potential for further development in the bottle.
