Description

A surprising red wine from Lower Silesia, from the Silesian Vineyard. The wine is the result of a blend of three grapes - Cabernet Cortis, Regenta and Rondo. During production, the taste is enriched by fermentation on wild and noble yeasts, maturation in oak barrels, as well as mixed, short and long maceration.

The result is an extremely aromatic wine, full of strawberry, currant, raspberry and cherry accents. The palate has a delicate structure with a bit of tannins and harmonious acidity. The fruity profile and expressive character make them universal and suitable for both warmer and colder days.

It is an ideal wine for a plate of meat snacks, for pasta with meat, as well as for white and red meats. It is also worth choosing them for an evening solo tasting while talking to friends.
