Hand picking bins of 18 kilograms capacity, between the months of March and April, with a cereful selection of grapes. 75% french oak aging and 25% american oak aging for 12 months. Perfect varietal typicity. Great balance between fruit and oak. Deep garnet red. Spicy aromas. Ripe pepper and fresh cherry. Powerful structure and breadth in mouth. Exceptional complexity, softness and a very persistent finish. This is an irresistible winner!
Pairing: Ideal with seasoned white meat and red meat in any kind of preparation. Also, it pairs nicely with desserts that have cooked fruit. We suggest serving between 14° and 18°C.
