Valdivieso's top wine is called Caballo Loco, is a tribute to one of the owners, Jorge Coderch, whose nickname is Crazy Horse. He is a charismatic man of enormous energy and is involved in politics. He has financed a school for the underprivileged near the winery. This is a big, full-bodied wine with delicious aromas and flavours of ripe red cherries, coffee and dark chocolate. It has a luxurious texture and a beautiful lingering finish.
