Description

The late Bruno forged his unmatched reputation on the quality of the fruit he was able to source, first as a negociant, and then as a vineyard owner from his first purchase in 1982. The Giacosa family now owns many of the best vineyards in Barolo and Barbaresco, and the resulting wines are amongst the greatest in the world. It is no surprise to us that today’s release is nothing less than exceptional.

TASTING NOTES:
Closed and mineral on the nose, very precise and distinguished. The notes of flint and graphite are accentuated by an ethereal expression of dry flowers, sour cherry, and wild raspberries. Generous and round texture on the palate, firm and grippy tannic structure, precise balance and length. Drink from 2022.
