Txakoli Batberri transmits the rustic and wild character of Hondarrabi Zuri with personality. Authentic natural flavor of the local variety. Carbonic maceration for 15 days and fermentation of indigenous yeasts. A small step through a white clay amphora refines this Orange txakoli that aims to pay tribute to the most ancient form of production.
VINEYARDS
Txakoli Batberri is made with HONDARRABI ZURI from a second week maturing plot, located in Gernika at sea level.
TASTING NOTES
Amber hue with golden reflections, typical of carbonic maceration. Very varied aromatic nuances from apricot, grapefruit peel, balsamic and even the nettle plant. Its entry is fresh and its silky and saline mid palate makes it very fast. Subtle tannins, refreshing acidity and slight final bitterness typical of Hondarrabi Zuri. Leaves memories of nuts and stone fruit such as peaches.
