Darling Cellars De-Alcoholised product range focuses on fruit driven and varietal true wines. The grapes were harvested from dryland farmed vineyards where the vines are planted as bush vines. The wine is De-Alcoholised by way of a gently spun cone technology.

The De-alcoholised white made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc is a light yellow with green tint in colour, flavours of ripe tropical fruit, yellow peaches and gooseberries complimented by a fresh acidity and lingering finish.

This wine will pair well with most seafood, but it will go particularly well with some fresh mussels or oysters!
