Darling Cellars De-Alcoholised product range focuses on fruit driven and varietal true wines. The grapes were harvested from dryland farmed vineyards where the vines are planted as bush vines. The wine is De-Alcoholised by way of a gently spun cone technology.
The De-alcoholised Red made of 100% Shiraz is deep ruby red in colour with hints of ripe red fruit, crushed black pepper, dried rose petals, candied cherries and well-integrated French Oak tannins.

It will complement foods such as flame grilled steak and fries or pizza with tomato and buffalo mozzarella.

Low in calories and VEGAN friendly.
