Description

Each of our vineyard blocks is managed individually to express its specific terroir, with all work done by hand to ensure the highest quality. Every step of the winemaking process is carefully monitored: we are able to track each and every action by date, quantity and batch number. To ensure that we have the best quality grapes coming into the cellar, we have a system whereby we can track and asses every lug box back to the picker responsible. Each picker has a number which is attached to the lug box; we then sort each and every bunch on a conveyor belt as it comes into the cellar. If the quality of a particular lug box is not up to scratch, we can relay the message back to the picker and address the situation. As a result, only grapes of the highest quality are used.
