Returns for Purchases...
You may return an unopened item to the store for a refund or exchange for other merchandise within 7 days of purchase. A receipt is required for all returns. Items will be inspected by the store's manager for any damage, including heat exposure. Bottles that show signs of heat exposure after purchase may not be returned. This is also true for bottles that have been put into ice/water where the labels have been damaged.
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
Item Corked...
If you have determined an item to be corked after opening, you may return the item to the store within 7 days of purchase for an identical replacement. A receipt must be produced. If the item is no longer available, a gift card will be issued. 75% of the bottle's original contents is required to claim the item as spoiled or corked. If the bottle's closure type is cork, please also bring the cork with you at the time of the return. If a wine is over 10 years of age, the management reserve the right to assess the wine on an individual basis.
Conditions for Sale or Return of goods purchased from Dunell’s
We will accept returns of up to 25% of wines, spirits, beers and ciders. Labels on all goods must be in resaleable condition (i.e. no water damage from ice buckets or torn labels). All seals/foils/corks on bottles must be intact. Items sold as a case product (water, beers and soft drinks) must be returned as a case product- we will not accept split cases. The original invoice must be provided upon return. Goods may be returned to our Beaumont store or collection can be arranged for a fee.
