Batch 11 continues the celebrated lineage of barrel proof whiskies that rose Kentucky Owl to fame. Batch 11 opens with notes of bright citrus, velvety dark chocolate, and sticky toffee. The palate is a welcome mélange of mature oak, allspice, honeyed bread, and deep cinnamon. The finish is long with toasted oak, sultana, peppercorn, and fresh thyme.
