Liqueur made from raspberry infusion. The raspberry varietal used is "williamette" sourced from Serbia. This varietal is very aromatic and coloured, well suited to a maceration process.
Drink as an aperitif with Champagne or Crémant. With mango, passion or pineapple sorbet, with vanilla or nougat ice.
