Description

Our refreshing and aromatic Pink Gin is made with a blend of pink and ruby grapefruit, rose petals, and raspberries, with a hint of spice from cassia bark. It has no added sugar or colourings, making it less sweet but more aromatic than most Pink Gins.

Our Pink Gin is a homage to Sgt Percival Pink, who married our distiller’s great grandmother Lily Walker in 1907.

INGREDIENTS
Juniper, Coriander, Orris Root, Angelica, Liquorice, Raspberries, Rose Petals, Pink Grapefruit, Ruby Grapefruit, Orange and Lemon peel, Cassia Bark, Pink Peppercorns. When in season we use Jersey Lemons from farmer Joe Freire in St Lawrence, or our own lemons and limes grown next to the distillery. We also use Coriander and rose grown at the distillery. We grow our own raspberries or use local farmers.
