First of their "Hors d'Age" Calvados (more than 6 years in casks), it is an ideal product of initiation into old Calvados. It is a blending of "Appellation Pays d'Auge Contrôlée" Calvados, whose youngest has aged 8 years in oak casks. It is a Calvados suitable for all the nice moments and to share with friends.
It stands out by a first nose of candied apple, then vanilla, nut and honey. In mouth it is mild, well-rounded and well-balanced with hints of baked apple and woody.
