This 7-year-old “ageless” Calvados “Sherry Oloroso Casks Finish” has aged for several months in small French oak barrels that once contained Sherry Oloroso. This aging method will revealgourmet and spicy notes to this Calvados that will appeal to the greatest number.
With this Calvados “Sherry Oloroso Casks Finish”, our Cellar Master has succeeded in developing an original and elegant Calvados, both traditional and innovative.
COLOUR - Deep gold.
BOUQUET - The nose, dominated by cooked apple, successively reveals notes of dried fruit (walnut, hazelnut, prune, grape), spice (nutmeg, pepper).
PALATE - Round and supple, with a good length, ending on woody notes (oak wood, cedar note, vanilla).
