Description

A crisp, mineral dry vermouth. The base recipe is an infusion of several key botanicals including oyster shell, olive leaf and Amalfi lemon. The infusion is blended with a base wine of English Bacchus and fresh foraged botanicals including rock samphire, sea purslane and salty fingers.

Best straight over ice to enjoy its fresh oyster minerality and bracing clean acidity, or tall with tonic for a long refreshing drink. It also shines brightly in a dirty or dry vodka martini.

Contains: Molluscs (oyster shell), sulphites.

Vault's Commitments and Initiatives

"We're on a journey to build a forward thinking, responsible and environmentally conscious business. From supporting reforestation programs with every order online and using super energy efficient equipment and processes; to designing packaging using a 100% recycled post consumer waste bottle and 100% recyclable and biodegrable stoppers, seals and labels; we are constantly reviewing everything we do.

A 100% post consumer waste recycled glass bottle – a bottle made entirely from used bottles known as wild flint glass. A unique gently tinted new look for recycled glass. Premium and sustainable. Labels made from a by-product of sugar cane manufacturing called Bagasse (95%) and hemp and linen fibres (5%). 100% biodegradable. Glass stoppers made from glass - endlessly reusable and 100% recyclable, including the PET seal ring. Spirits distilled under vacuum which means we eliminate both the use of heavy-duty heating elements to boil liquids and the excessive amounts of wasted water to cool condensers. We proudly partner with Ecologi and we're planting a tree with every order in support of multiple reforestation projects."
