Brut Nature, cellar-aged for almost 4 years, demonstrates the high quality grapes used by the House to craft its wines.

Bright gold colour, with a silver hue. Direct but fine on the nose marked by notes of citrus fruit with a saline component. Both complex and clean on the palate it remains full of purity. Delivers dry with flavours of grapefruit and white fruits. It is the perfect match for oysters, raw fish and shellfish, sea urchin and caviar. It is also ideally suited to Thai cuisine or sushi, maki and sashimi.
