Dunell’s Privacy Policy
At Dunell’s, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers. In particular, we want you to know that Dunell’s is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. In this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Types of data we collect and how we use it
Website Cookies
Our website uses cookies to collect information. This includes information about browsing and purchasing behaviour by people who access our websites. This includes information about pages viewed, products purchased and the customer journey around our website.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics. When someone visits www.dunells.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Personal information
As part of the registration and ordering process, we collect personal information such as name, address, phone number, email address, the company you work for and, if you are buying a gift, the recipients details also. For Business Credit accounts we also collect date of birth.
We use that information for a couple of reasons: to be able to deliver an order to you or the person you are sending a gift & to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about, to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information, to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with others.
We do not store payment information like credit/debit card details in any form, transactions are securely processed by a third party, CityPay, a PCI Level 1 service provider you can see their privacy policy here.
If an ordering account online is not used for 12-18 months it will be deleted along with all the information originally provided for it. In-store lotalty accounts will be deleted after 6 months of non-use.
We use a third-party provider, Webreality, to deliver our newsletter and marketing emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Neil Pinel.
Who do we share your info with
We will only share your information if you have applied for a credit account or for debt collection, where that information will be securely shared with Cashback for the sole purpose of doing a credit check or debt collection. Cashback are an accredited credit check/debt collection company and you can find their details here.
Security of your personal information
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. We will store any personal information you provide on our secure (password- and firewall protected) servers. Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. When using the website, you are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will not ask you for your password (except when you log in to the website).
Access to your personal information
