Happy 80th Birthday Winston Pinel!

I joined the business 1988 and for the next 12 years taught me everything he knew in preparation for his retirement in 2000. Since then he has always been ‘back-stage’ to offer sage-like wisdom and a caring, guiding hand.

But more than that he has been an amazing father, grandfather and now great-grandfather, a true role-model and head of the family.

This picture shows him checking the stability of wine circa 1970 when we used to import wine in casks and bottle it where our Boardroom/Private Tasting Room now stands at Beaumont.

Great people and great moments in time are precious and should always be celebrated at every opportunity.
