Congratulations Erik and Oliver!

We’re delighted to announce two new additions to our buying team alongside Kasia, our Head Wine Buyer.

Town Shop Manager Erik will take on his newly appointed role of Beer Buyer with Gorey Shop Manager Oliver taking on the role of Spirit Buyer!

Having been our de facto expert for a number of years now, Erik has taken on the role concurrent to studying the newly launched WSET Level 2 Award in Beer.

Finally, following Oliver’s recent success in gaining his WSET Level 2 and 3 in Spirits, he will be taking on the role of Spirit Buyer in the efforts to better curate our range of spirits as well as discover new and exciting releases always on the horizon.

Well done and we look forward to further developing our ranges with you both on the hunt!
