Pepper Dulse, also known as Truffle of the Sea, is a small seaweed which is a true gastronomic gem. They hand harvest our Pepper Dulse from the shores of Jersey and take great care to ensure that this little seaweed is sustainably managed.
Pepper Dulse is a mineral rich seaweed which contains calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and iodine. When infused with Jersey Sea Salt it creates an incredible fresh taste of the ocean whilst providing you with one of the most mineral rich sea salt infusions on the planet. This infusion works with many savory dishes, seasoning for meat and is a perfect accompaniment with any seafood dish.
