How To Order

To place an order, please follow the following instructions;

First you must register an account with the website. Click on ‘Login’ at the top right hand side of the screen.

Scroll down to 'New Customers' and fill in your details, choose a password and click 'Create Account' or enter your details if you are an exisiting customer.

You can now browse the site and add items to your basket. Find an item you would like, change the quantity to 1 or more. Click ‘add to basket’.

You will be taken to checkout and from here you can; amend the quantity you would like, continue shopping, empty your basket or checkout and pay.  If you have been given a promotional discount code you can also enter it here.  Please remember that if you alter the figure in the quantity, please update your basket before proceeding.

When you click on 'Proceed to Checkout' you will either be taken to the login page or the Checkout Address page. Once you are logged in and checked the delivery address.  Please ensure you enter the details of the address your card is registered to and also the delivery address if different (if it is different the order will be delivered with a delivery note so no prices are given) if the same as billing address tick the appropriate box. Once happy click 'Proceed'.

You will then be taken to the Checkout Payment & Shipping page where you can review the summary of your order. If you need to amend any details click the 'Continue Shopping' button.  This will take you back to your shopping cart where you can amend the quantities of the goods already in your basket or you can click 'Continue Shopping' again to find more products to add to your basket. You will also notice a Gift Message Box where you can enter a gift message to go with the gift (if your order is to be given as a gift) and you will also notice a Delivery informaiton box where you can enter any special instructions.  At the bottom you will see a 'Book to Shop' tick box which you can tick if you would like the goods to be booked to your shop account instead of paying by credit/debit card.  Please Note: You must have an active shop credit account to use this facility.  One of our office team will contact you to confirm the order, final total and arrange delivery. 

Once you are happy, click on ‘Continue to Payment’.  Please note that once you have clicked through to payment you will be unable to add further items to your basket.

You will now be taken to the Checkout Order Information page where you can again review your order and the amount you card will be billed. Scroll down the page where you can enter your card details. Please note we do not accept American Express. Click 'Place order'.

If you have entered any invalid details such as a wrong digit in your card number, an error message will appear.  Please amend and click 'Place order' again.  You will then receive an order confirmation and an email which will ask when you prefer to receive your delivery.
